4. Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details.

You can track your order status using the courier’s official website or tracking link provided.

5. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery

Please provide the correct delivery address, contact number, and pin code while placing your order.

Buyonic Services Private Limited will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.

International shipping services may be introduced in the future and will be updated in this policy.

7. Damaged / Lost Packages

If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos.

We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue.

In case of lost shipments, a replacement or refund will be initiated as per our Refund & Return Policy.
