Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Customers may check our Refund & Return Policy instead.

Cancellation by Buyonic Services

We may cancel an order in cases such as:

Product out of stock or discontinued.

Incorrect or incomplete address/contact details.

Payment failure or suspected fraud.
In such cases, customers will be informed and a full refund (if applicable) will be processed.

Refund on Cancellation

Prepaid order refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

COD orders require no refund as no advance payment is taken.
